ACIRT Sample Clauses
The ACIRT (Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration Rules Tribunal) clause establishes a mechanism for resolving disputes through arbitration under the rules of the ACIRT. In practice, this clause requires that any disagreements arising from the contract be submitted to arbitration rather than litigation, with proceedings typically held in a specified location and governed by ACIRT's procedural rules. Its core function is to provide a structured, neutral, and efficient process for dispute resolution, thereby minimizing the risk of protracted court battles and ensuring that conflicts are settled in a predictable and enforceable manner.
