Achievement. Every assessment cycle students will be issued a report which outlines assessment scores. This will be based on the progress a student has made each cycle. Students will be given opportunities to reflect on their progress. Intervention and support will be in place for any student who is not making the expected progress in a subject(s).
Achievement. During any given month, failure to achieve any or all of the current Achievement criteria will result in the forfeiture of the entire Achievement Rebate for that month. In any month CUSTOMER has already forfeited its Achievement Rebate, and violates one or more of the Achievement Rebate criteria, MS reserves the right to withhold any or a portion of CUSTOMER's other available Rebate.

1) Achievement Awards: Achievement awards are non-rating-based monetary awards that recognize specific accomplishments that are in the public interest and have exceeded normal job requirements. Achievement awards may be granted to individuals, groups of employees, and/or for an employee's or group’s suggestion or invention. Achievement awards will be issued on a bi-annual basis.
Achievement. CTEA will achieve the Thoroughness Standards through well trained, competent, highly qualified faculty members and staff. Faculty training will focus on individual improvements, both personal and instructional; regularly scheduled staff meetings and in-service days will be designated for this purpose. The school’s size will facilitate the necessary enculturation, school/community participatory behaviors, and a safe environment. A strong emphasis on understanding and developing self-efficacy and motivation will guide the decision-making process and relationships throughout the school.
Achievement. 13.1. YachtZap does not represent that any result or objective, whether stated in this agreement or not, shall be achieved.
13.2. YachtZap shall have no liability under or be deemed to be in breach of this agreement for any delays or failures in performance of this agreement, or the Charter Agreement, that result from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of YachtZap.

For each measure that exceeds the benchmark by more than five (5) percent, two (2) points shall be awarded. For each measure that is within five (5) percent above or below (+/- 5%) the benchmark, one and one-half (1.5) points shall be awarded. For each measure that is below the benchmark by more than five (5) percent, zero (0) points shall be awarded.
