ACEA. Prior to the close of the Entry Period, ACEA shall provide to GGYC an Acknowledgement of Compliance in the form set out at Schedule 4, duly completed and signed, confirming that ACEA shall (and that ACEA shall procure that all staff and appointed representatives of ACEA shall) comply at all times with the Rules.
