Accurate Description. The statements in the General Disclosure Package as of the Applicable Time under “Risk Factors”, “Dividend Policy”, “Enforceability of Civil Liabilities”, “Description of Share Capital” and “Taxation – Cayman Islands Taxation” and the statements in the Registration Statement under Part II, Item 6, insofar as such statements constitute summaries of the legal matters, documents or proceedings referred to therein, in each case to the extent, and only to the extent, governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, fairly present the information and summarize the matters referred to therein.
