Common use of Accuracy and Completeness Clause in Contracts

Accuracy and Completeness. a. CONSULTANT has total responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of its investigations, calculations, reports, plans and related designs, specifications and estimates prepared for the PROJECT and shall check all such material accordingly. b. The plans will be reviewed by CITY for conformity with PROJECT objectives and compliance with CITY Standards. c. Reviews by CITY do NOT include the detailed review or checking of major design components and related details or the accuracy with which such designs are depicted on the plans. d. The responsibility for accuracy and completeness remains solely with CONSULTANT and shall be performed consistent with the standard of care.
