Common use of Accrued Wages Clause in Contracts

Accrued Wages. You will be paid your ordinary wages pursuant to the Company's normal payroll schedule through the Separation Date. On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued wages earned through the Separation Date that have not yet been paid to you, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You are entitled to these payments by law. The Separation Date is your employment termination date for all purposes, meaning you are not entitled to any further compensation, monies, or other benefits from the Company Group following the Separation Date, except as set forth in this Separation Agreement and the Consulting Agreement.
