Common use of Accounts Managed by an Authorized Person Clause in Contracts

Accounts Managed by an Authorized Person. To the extent that a third party Authorized Person you have authorized to place any Order or enters into any Transaction on your behalf, you and the Authorized Person will indemnify, protect and hold us and all other Protected Persons harmless from and against any and all Losses resulting from or arising out of any claims made by you against INFINOX or any other Protected Person.
