Accounting Terms - Fiscal Periods. Except as otherwise permitted pursuant to Section 9.09 all accounting terms not specifically defined herein shall be construed in accordance with GAAP. All references in this Amended and Restated Agreement to any fiscal period shall refer to a fiscal period of the Borrower, unless otherwise specified.
