ACCOUNT REPORTS BY CUSTODIAN. Custodian shall furnish the Fund with a daily activity statement, including a summary of all transfers to or from the Custody Account (in the case of securities and other assets maintained in the United States, on the day following such transfers, and in the case of securities and other assets maintained outside of the United States, at the earliest practicable time). At least monthly and from time to time, in such form as the Fund may reasonably request, Custodian shall furnish the Fund with a detailed statement of the securities, funds and other assets held for the Fund under this Agreement.
