Common use of Account Creation Clause in Contracts

Account Creation. 2.1 The Software use requires the creation of a User account (hereinafter, ''the Account''). 2.2 In particular, the User receives from ER a unique username and password that enables User access to his/her Account. Both the username and the password are unique to the User, exclusive and non-transferable under any circumstances. In this way, the User accesses the Software modules described in the Financial Agreement. 2.3 The User is solely responsible for any action, conducted through the use of the above username and password, as well as for their proper protection and maintenance. In case of unauthorized access, or if the User suspects any security issues or breaches, s/he is obliged to notify ER immediately.
