Account Creation. Also, if you’re at least 13 years of age but still a minor in your jurisdiction, your parent or guardian must create the Account on your behalf before you use the Service. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account – this means that you agree to keep your Account and devices secure and tell us immediately if there is any security breach or unauthorized Account use.

Please note that you may also be able to play the Game without creating a Game Account, but you may not be able to access certain parts of the Game, and your Game data may be deleted if you uninstall or otherwise delete the Game.

Once the DWC primary administrator has received a valid trading partner agreement, a JET File account will be created by the DIR Office of Information Services (DIR-OIS) account management services administrator. If the trading partner primary administrator has provided a public key to DWC, DIR-OIS account management services will send the user name, initial password and connection instructions for the JET File account to the trading partner by encrypted email using the primary administrator’s public key. If a public key is not provided, initial account information will be sent by U.S. Postal Service first class mail to the trading partner mailing address. The DWC primary administrator will send an email notification to the requester that the account creation request has been fulfilled.
