Common use of Account Contents Clause in Contracts

Account Contents. All property now or hereafter held in the Securities Account, including, without limitation, securities, cash, interest, dividends and distributions, whether payable in cash or stock, and shares or other proceeds of conversions or splits of any securities, are “Pledged Securities” and shall be treated as “financial assets” (such term being used herein as defined in UCC Section 8-102(a)(9)).
