Accommodation Review Sample Clauses
The Accommodation Review clause establishes a process for evaluating the suitability and adequacy of accommodations provided under an agreement, such as housing, office space, or facilities. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for review, the frequency or timing of assessments, and the responsibilities of each party in addressing any deficiencies identified. Its core practical function is to ensure that accommodations consistently meet agreed standards and to provide a structured mechanism for resolving issues, thereby protecting the interests of both parties and maintaining quality.
Accommodation Review. The Benefits Analyst will discuss accommodation options with a Department representative to determine if accommodations can be made for the employee’s disability on a limited term basis without adversely affecting operations or services. Accommodations may include but are not limited to:
1. reduced work schedules at a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week. Schedules which will result in mid−shift interruptions will not be available;
2. reassignment of non−essential duties; and
3. alternate temporary work assignments.
