ACCIDENT ON THE PREMISES. The Tenant covenants to indemnify the Landlord against all actions, claims, costs, damage and expenses arising out of any accident happening or any injury suffered by the Tenant, its visitors, entrants, servants, agents, officials or any other person or persons on at or near the Premises arising through the neglect omission or default of the Tenant.
