Accession Document Sample Clauses

An Accession Document clause defines the process by which a new party can formally join an existing agreement or contract. Typically, this clause requires the new party to sign a specific document—often called an accession deed or agreement—that binds them to the terms and obligations of the original contract as if they were an initial signatory. This mechanism ensures that all parties, including those joining later, are subject to the same rights and responsibilities, thereby maintaining consistency and legal enforceability within the agreement.
