Common use of Access; Work Policy Clause in Contracts

Access; Work Policy. (a) At all times during the Term, each Party shall provide, and shall cause its Affiliates and third parties to provide, the other Party and its Personnel reasonable ingress to and egress from its facilities and premises, and reasonable access to its equipment and Personnel, for any purpose connected with the delivery or receipt of Services hereunder, the exercise of any right under this Agreement or the performance of any obligations required by this Agreement. (b) Each Party’s Personnel shall comply with the other Party’s safety and security regulations applicable to each specific site or facility while working at such site or facility. Except as otherwise agreed to by the Parties, each Party’s Personnel shall observe the working hours, working rules, and holiday schedules of the other Party while working on the premises of the other Party.
