Common use of Access to Signaling and Signaling Databases Clause in Contracts

BellSouth will offer to Carrier use of its signaling network and signaling databases on an unbundled basis at BellSouth’s published tariffed rates or at unbundled rates that may be available through non-tariffed arrangements.
