Common use of Access to Programs Clause in Contracts

Access to Programs. Upon any termination of this Agreement, riskHive is entitled to discontinue Customer’s access to any Programs in Customer’s possession or control, using the authentication mechanisms incorporated into each Program except where such termination arises under Section 10 (Continuity).
