Access to Program Services. a. Contractor shall have the capacity to provide Program services at five (5) locations in San Mateo County: ▇▇▇▇ City, South San Francisco, San Mateo, Redwood City and San ▇▇▇▇▇▇. b. Although services will be primarily provided in the cities listed in Paragraph 7.a., services will be available on a county-wide basis to youth and families referred to the Collaborative. c. Each Program service location shall be easily accessible via public transportation to the majority of Children/Youths and Families.
