Access to Manual Clause Samples
The 'Access to Manual' clause grants specified parties the right to view or obtain copies of an operational or instruction manual related to a product, service, or process. Typically, this clause outlines who may access the manual, under what circumstances, and whether the manual must be provided in physical or electronic form. Its core function is to ensure that relevant parties have the necessary information to properly use, maintain, or troubleshoot the subject of the agreement, thereby reducing misunderstandings and operational errors.
Access to Manual. The Contractor shall at the request of the Authority provide the Authority with access to the Operating Manual in order to demonstrate that the Contractor has complied with its obligation to maintain and update the Operating Manual under Clause 32.1.
Access to Manual. The Operator shall at the request of the Authority provide the Authority with electronic (read only) access to the Operating Manual in order to demonstrate that the Operator has complied with its obligation to maintain and update the Operating Manual under clause 18.1 (Maintenance of Manual).
