Common use of Access to Facility Clause in Contracts

Access to Facility. Representatives of Company shall have access to the Facility from time to time, on Commercially Reasonable prior notice, to read meters, perform inspections and take such other actions as may be appropriate to facilitate Company’s performance of this PPA. While at the Facility, such representatives shall observe Seller’s standard safety precautions and shall conduct themselves in a manner that will not interfere with operation of the Facility.

Access to Facility. Representatives Appropriate representatives of Company shall at all reasonable times, including weekends and nights, and with reasonable prior notice, have access to the Facility from time to time, on Commercially Reasonable prior notice, to read meters, meters and to perform all inspections and take such other actions operational reviews as may be appropriate to facilitate Company’s the performance of this PPA. While at the Facility, such representatives shall observe Seller’s standard such reasonable safety precautions as may be required by Seller and shall conduct themselves in a manner that will not interfere with the operation of the Facility.
