Access to Computers Clause Samples
Access to Computers. Where the Employer provides computers for access by bargaining unit employees, printers will be available in the same location. The equipment shall enable employee access to HRMN Self Service and department intranet sites where such sites are available.
Access to Computers.
40.1. The employer is committed to ensuring employees have reasonable access to computers for work related matters. Access to computers may also include suitable portable devices.
Access to Computers. 1. The Government shall take all necessary measures to facilitate the use by the Centre of the computers attached to its national meteorological service or to any other Government department in the United Kingdom.
2. Provided that the necessary spare capacity is available, the Centre may use such computers at rates covering marginal costs and part of the fixed costs.
Access to Computers. 18.17.1 ESP shall be granted adequate time each morning and afternoon to check their school district email without teacher or administrative oversight, during non-student time within their workday.
18.17.2 ESP shall have easy access to computers at each school site.

The best means to achieve this will include the distribution of material via e-mail and providing access for Employees to company computers in the workplace where practical. This will include e-mail access for receipt and forwarding of correspondence, subject to such reasonable restrictions as the Employer may apply.
Access to Computers. The parties to this Agreement commit themselves to providing employees with the most up to date and relevant information. The best means to achieve this will include the distribution of material via e-mail and providing access for employees to company computers in the workplace where practical. This will include e- mail access for receipt and forwarding of correspondence of parties signatory to this Agreement in relation to, or in connection with this Agreement, subject to such reasonable restrictions as the employer may apply.
Access to Computers. Ergon Energy will provide employees with the most up to date and relevant information. The best means to achieve this will include the distribution of material via e-mail and providing access for employees to company computers in the workplace where practical. This will include e-mail access for receipt and forwarding of correspondence of parties’ signatory to this Agreement subject to such reasonable restrictions as Ergon Energy may apply.
Access to Computers. 84.1 The parties recognise the increasing dependency on information technology in the workplace, including but not limited to the use of intranets, web-based programs and provision of pay slips electronically.
84.2 The Company will provide reasonable access to computer and printing facilities for Employees for work-related use, where those Employees are not ordinarily employed in classifications that use computers.
84.3 Nothing in this clause limits the Company’s right to implement policies on the appropriate use of information technology in the workplace.
