Access to Certain Information in Electronic Format. If BUSINESS ASSOCIATE uses or maintains Electronic Health Records with respect to PHI on behalf of UNIVERSITY, BUSINESS ASSOCIATE shall, upon request of UNIVERSITY, provide UNIVERSITY with the requested Electronic Health Record in an electronic format.
