Access to Certain Documentation. The Master Servicer and each Servicer shall provide to the OTS and the FDIC and to comparable regulatory authorities supervising Holders of Subordinate Certificates and the examiners and supervisory agents of the OTS, the FDIC and such other authorities, access to the documentation regarding the related Non-Designated Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations of the OTS and the FDIC. Such access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable and prior written request and during normal business hours at the offices designated by the Master Servicer or such the Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall limit the obligation of the Master Servicer or any the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Mortgagors and the failure of the Master Servicer or such the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section. Nothing in this Section 3.15 shall require the Master Servicer or any the Servicer to collect, create, collate or otherwise generate any information that it does not generate in its usual course of business.
