Common use of Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Royalty Contracts Clause in Contracts

Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Royalty Contracts. The Administrator shall provide to the Trustee access to the documentation regarding the Royalty Contracts in such cases where the Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the Beneficiaries, or by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (i) upon reasonable request, (ii) during normal business hours, (iii) subject to the Administrator’s normal security and confidentiality procedures and (iv) at offices designated by the Administrator.
