Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Receivables. Servicer shall provide to Indenture Trustee access to the documentation regarding the Accounts and the Receivables in such cases where Indenture Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the Noteholders, or by applicable statutes or regulations to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (i) upon reasonable request, (ii) during normal business hours, (iii) subject to Servicer’s normal security and confidentiality procedures and (iv) at offices designated by Servicer. Nothing in this Section 5.6 shall derogate from the obligation of each Account Originator, Transferor, Indenture Trustee and Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 5.6 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 5.6.

Nothing in this Section 5.6 4.06 shall derogate from the obligation of each Account Originator, Transferor, Indenture Trustee the Issuer and Servicer its designees to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 5.6 4.06 as a result of such obligation obligations shall not constitute a breach of this Section 5.64.06.

Nothing in this Section 5.6 5.06 shall derogate from the obligation of each Account OriginatorFNBO, Transferor, Indenture Trustee and Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 5.6 5.06 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 5.65.06.

Subject to the terms of any Supplement, the Servicer shall provide to Indenture the Trustee access to the documentation regarding the Accounts and the Receivables in such cases where Indenture the Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the Noteholders, Investor Certificateholders or by applicable statutes or regulations regulations, to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (i) upon reasonable request, (ii) during the Servicer's normal business hours, (iii) subject to the Servicer’s 's normal security and confidentiality procedures and (iv) at offices designated by the Servicer. Nothing in this Section 5.6 8.6 shall derogate from the obligation of each Account the Originator, the Transferor, Indenture the Trustee and or the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 5.6 8.6 as a result of such obligation obligations shall not constitute a breach of this Section 5.68.6.

The Servicer shall provide to Indenture the Trustee and the Collateral Agent and their respective representatives access to the documentation documents, books, microfiche, computer records and other information regarding the Accounts Receivables and the Receivables other Trust Assets in such cases where Indenture the Trustee is required in connection with the enforcement of the rights of the NoteholdersCertificateholders, or by applicable statutes or regulations regulations, to review such documentation, such access being afforded without charge but only (i) upon reasonable request, (ii) during normal business hours, hours and (iii) subject to the Servicer’s 's normal security and confidentiality procedures and (iv) at offices designated by Servicerprocedures. Nothing in this Section 5.6 8.6 shall derogate from the obligation of each Account Originator, the Transferor, Indenture the Trustee and or the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 5.6 8.6 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section 5.6.8.6. Nothing in this Section SECTION 5.6 shall derogate from the obligation of each Account Credit Card Originator, Transferor, Indenture Trustee and Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section SECTION 5.6 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section SECTION 5.6.

Nothing in this Section SECTION 5.6 shall derogate from the obligation of each Account Credit Card Originator, Transferor, Indenture Trustee and Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors and the failure of Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section SECTION 5.6 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section SECTION 5.6.
