Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of any such party to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Mortgagors and the failure of any such party to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans. The applicable Servicer shall provide, or cause the Subservicer to provide, to the Depositor, the Trustee, the OTS or the FDIC and the examiners and supervisory agents thereof, thereof access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans in its possession required by applicable regulations of the OTS. Such access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable and five (5) Business Days' Days prior written request and during normal business hours at the offices of the applicable Servicer Servicer, the Depositor, the Trustee or any Subservicer. Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of any such party to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Mortgagors and the failure of any such party to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.
