Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans; Inspections. (a) Each Servicer shall afford the Depositor and the Trustee reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the office designated by the related Servicer. In addition, each Servicer shall provide to the Special Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans serviced by it that become Special Serviced Mortgage Loans. None of the Servicers shall be required to make copies of or ship documents to any party unless provisions have been made for the reimbursement of costs thereof.
