Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding the Mortgage Loans; Inspections. (a) Each Servicer shall afford the Depositor and the Trustee reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans and all accounts, insurance information and other matters relating to this Agreement, such access being afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours at the office designated by such Servicer. In addition, each Servicer shall provide to the Special Servicer reasonable access to all records and documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans serviced by it that become Special Serviced Mortgage Loans. Each Servicer may, from time to time, provide the Depositor, and any Person designated by the Depositor, with reports and information regarding the Mortgage Loans, including without limitation, information requested by the Depositor or an originator of the Mortgage Loans for required institutional risk control.
