In each case, such access Access shall be afforded without charge charge, but only upon reasonable request and during the normal business hourshours at the respective offices of the Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 8.15.

Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Owner Trustee, the Owner Trustee Indenture Trustee, the Master Servicer and the Trust Collateral Agent Majority Noteholder reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Nothing in this Section 3.15 shall affect derogate from the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section 3.15 as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 3.15.

Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Receivables. The Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Owner Trustee, the Owner Indenture Trustee and the Trust Collateral Agent Noteholders reasonable access to the documentation regarding the Receivables. In each case, such access Access shall be afforded without charge charge, but only upon reasonable request and conducted in a reasonable manner, during the normal business hourshours at the offices of the Servicer. Nothing in this Section shall affect the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law Applicable Law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, Obligors and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section to information as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section.

Nothing in this Section 3.12 shall affect derogate from the obligation of the Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this SectionSection 3.12.
