Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Pledged Contracts. The Backup Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Borrower and the Program Agent reasonable access to the documentation (including any computer tapes or files) regarding the Pledged Contracts. Such access shall be afforded without charge, but only upon reasonable and prior written request and during normal business hours at the offices of the Backup Servicer where it has notified the Borrower and the Program Agent it is administering its obligations hereunder.
