Access to Certain Documentation and Information Regarding Home Loans. The Master Servicer shall provide to representatives of the Indenture Trustee or the Securities Insurer reasonable access to (a) the documentation regarding the Home Loans and to those employees of the Master Servicer who are responsible for the performance of the Master Servicer's duties hereunder and (b) the books of account, records, reports and other papers of the Master Servicer and to discuss its affairs, finances and accounts with its employees and Independent accountants for the purpose of reviewing or evaluating the financial condition of the Master Servicer. The Master Servicer shall provide such access to any Securityholder only in such cases where the Master Servicer is required by applicable statutes or regulations (whether applicable to the Master Servicer or to such Securityholder) to permit such Securityholder to review such documentation. In each case, such access shall be afforded without charge but only upon reasonable request and during normal business hours. Nothing in this Section shall derogate from the obligation of the Master Servicer to observe any applicable law prohibiting disclosure of information regarding the Obligors, and the failure of the Master Servicer to provide access as provided in this Section as a result of such obligation shall not constitute a breach of this Section. Any Securityholder, by its acceptance of a Security (or by acquisition of its beneficial interest therein), shall be deemed to have agreed to keep confidential and not to use for its own benefit any information obtained by it pursuant to this Section, except as may be required by applicable law or by any applicable regulatory authority.
