Common use of Access to Bank's Records Clause in Contracts

Access to Bank's Records. (a) Bank shall allow Customer and Customer's independent public accountants such reasonable access to the records of Bank relating to Financial Assets as is required in connection with their examination of books and records pertaining to Customer's affairs. Subject to restrictions under Applicable Law, Bank also shall obtain an undertaking to permit Customer's independent public accountants reasonable access to the records of any Subcustodian of Securities held in the Securities Account as may be required in connection with such examination.

Access to Bank's Records. (a) Bank shall will allow Customer and Customer's ’s independent public accountants such reasonable access to the records of Bank relating to Financial Assets as is required in connection with their examination of books and records pertaining to Customer's ’s affairs. Subject to restrictions under Applicable Law, Bank also shall will obtain an undertaking to permit Customer's ’s independent public accountants accountants, reasonable access to the records of any Subcustodian of Securities held in the Securities Account as may be required in connection with such examination.

Subject to restrictions Bank shall preserve such records for the applicable periods as prescribed by the second paragraph of Rule 31a-3 under Applicable Lawthe Investment Company Act of 1940, Bank also shall obtain as amended (the “1940 Act”), where a bank is acting as custodian for an undertaking to permit Customer's independent public accountants reasonable access to the records of any Subcustodian of Securities held in the Securities Account as may be required in connection with such examinationinvestment company.

Subject to restrictions under Applicable Law, Bank also shall will obtain an undertaking to permit Customer's ’s and Fund’s independent public accountants accountants, reasonable access to the records of any Subcustodian of Securities held in the Securities Account as may be required in connection with such examination.

Subject to restrictions under Applicable Law, Bank also shall obtain an undertaking to permit Customer's independent public accountants reasonable access to the records of any Subcustodian of Securities held in the Securities Account as may be required in connection with such examination.

(a) Bank shall allow Customer and Customer's ’s independent public accountants such reasonable access to the records of Bank relating to Financial Assets Assets, Accounts and Cash Accounts as is required in connection with their examination of books and records pertaining to Customer's ’s affairs. Subject to restrictions under Applicable Law, Bank also shall obtain an undertaking to permit Customer's ’s independent public accountants reasonable access to the records of any Subcustodian of Cash Accounts or Securities held in the any Securities Account with such Subcustodian as may be required in connection with such examination.
