Common use of Access to 911/E911 emergency Services for CLEC’s End User Clause in Contracts

Access to 911/E911 emergency Services for CLEC’s End User. Customers will be available in accordance with CLEC’s ICAs. If Qwest is no longer obligated to provide access to 911/E911 emergency Services in accordance with 47 U.S.C. §251, Qwest will then provide such Services under this Agreement with respect to all CLEC QLSP Service End User Customers and new QLSP Service End User Customers, to the same degree and extent that 911/E911 emergency Services were provided by Qwest prior to the elimination of 911/E911 emergency Services as an obligation under 47 U.S.C. §251.
