Common use of Access Road Clause in Contracts

Access Road. (a) The Company shall within three (3) months of the Possession Date construct at its own cost and in accordance with the Access Road Specifications, an access road (the “Access Road”) on the Access Road Corridor starting from the nearest public road up to the Demised Premises. Upon completion of the Access Road, the Company shall hand over the completed Access Road to BPDB and risk and responsibility for the Access Road shall pass to BPDB from the time of the hand over.
