Access Road. The site access road shown on ▇▇▇▇▇▇ St. across from Mineral Drive shall be built as a part of this project. If the Lessors and Lessees mutually agree to use to use this access point to serve the adjacent 7 acres at some time in the future, the Lessors shall reimburse the Lessee one half of the construction cost in cash, and the leased premises shall be revised to show the property line in the center of the access roadway with a cross-use easement running to the benefit of both parties.
