Access Rights to Foreground IP in Work Packages. (a) Each Owning Party grants and agrees to grant each other Party a royalty-free non-exclusive worldwide licence to use its Foreground IP, solely for the purposes of carrying out its work in the relevant Work Package(s), and for no other purpose, and only for the Term.
