Access Points and Restrictions. The interconnection point for caged and cageless collocation is the point where NEWSOUTH-owned cable facilities connect to GTE termination equipment. The demarcation point for NEWSOUTH is NEWSOUTH’s terminal equipment or interconnect/cross connect panel within NEWSOUTH’s cage, bay/frame or cabinet. NEWSOUTH must tag all entrance facilities to indicate ownership. NEWSOUTH will not be allowed access to GTE’s DSX line- ups, MDF or any other GTE facility termination points. The DSX and MDF are to be considered GTE demarcation points only. Only GTE employees, agents or contractors will be allowed access to the MDF or DSX to terminate facilities, test connectivity, run jumpers and/or hot patch in-service circuits.
