Common use of Access Options Clause in Contracts

Access Options. You may access your account(s) in any manner we permit including, for example, in person at one of our branch offices, at an ATM or point-of-sale device, or by mail, telephone, automatic transfer, internet access or mobile application. We may return as unpaid any check or draft drawn on a form we do not provide, and you are responsible for any losses, expenses or fees we incur as a result of handling such a check or draft. We have the right to review and approve any form of power of attorney and may restrict account withdrawals or transfers. We may refuse to honor a power of attorney if our refusal is conducted in accordance with applicable state law.
