Common use of Access Lines Clause in Contracts

Access Lines. The Borrower will not permit the number of the total Access Lines of the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries in service at the end of any of the calendar quarters ending on any of the dates set forth in Schedule 9.16(j) to be less than the amount set forth on Schedule 9.16(j) opposite such date on such Schedule.
