Common use of Access Key Clause in Contracts

Access Key. For purposes of accommodating the set up and tear down by Chamber of its equipment and furnishings, one key or other security device to the Corn Palace will be provided by the City to the Chamber Enterprise Division Director which shall not be duplicated, and which shall be returned to the City upon the Completion of set up or tear down, as the case may be. The sole and only person who shall use that key/security device shall be the Chamber Enterprise Division Director, except on express permission from the City Corn Palace Director or the Mayor of the City.

Access Key. For purposes of accommodating the set up and tear down by Chamber of its equipment and furnishings, one key five keys or other security device devices to the Corn Palace will be provided by the City to the Chamber Enterprise Division Director which shall not be duplicated, and which shall be returned to the City upon the Completion of set up or tear down, as the case may be. The sole and only person who shall use that key/security device shall be the Chamber Enterprise Division Director, and/or their managers, except on express permission from the City Corn Palace Director or the Mayor of the City.
