Access by Data Subjects Clause Samples

Access by Data Subjects. A Data Subject may make a Subject Access Request (“SAR”) at any time to see the information which Data Controller holds about them. It is the responsibility of the Data Controller to comply with Data Protection Legislation to respond to the SAR within the given timescales.
