Common use of Access by Customer Clause in Contracts

Access by Customer. SunWater authorises the Customer and any person nominated or authorised by the Customer to have access to the Customer’s Offtake Works for the purposes of operation, maintenance and meter reading but at the risk of the Customer or such other person.

SunWater authorises the Customer Customer, and any person nominated or authorised by the Customer Customer, to have access to the Customer’s Offtake Nominated Works for the purposes of operation, maintenance and meter reading reading, but at the risk of the Customer or such other person.
