Access Availability Commitment. Rogers will provide you with an Access Availability performance SLA from the network access that connects a Site to the PE router at the edge of the Rogers Core Network. Network access encompasses all elements from, and including, the PE router to the designated Rogers or third party demarc on your Site. CPE is not considered as part of the network access. Access Availability commitments are determined by the type of access into a particular Site.
