Access and Term. (1) [Note of explanation: This provision addressed the Provider’s rights to access to Board Facilities and confirmed that no particular property interest was conveyed to the Provider. This Agreement is not a licence or lease of property and allows the Board the autonomy to determine where the Provider will conduct its Programs. This provision also addressed that: the particular operating requirements; limitations on activities; regulatory approvals; access to other parts of the School; and, all other particulars of the arrangement, would be addressed in Schedule A to the Agreement.
