Access and servicing. 2.1 AccessTo have access to and from the Premises on foot only over the Common Parts designated by the Landlord for the Tenant’s use. 2.2 Subject to clause 4.22, to use each of the following within the Common Parts designated by the Landlord for the Tenant’s use: 2.2.1 any service area for loading and unloading and otherwise servicing the Premises; [and] 2.2.2 [the service roads with or without vehicles to come and go to and from any service area specified inthat the Tenant has the right to use under paragraph 2.2.1; and] 2.2.3 the service corridors and any goods lifts with or without trolleys to come and go between the Premises and any service area specified inthat the Tenant has the right to use under paragraph 2.2.1. 2.3 To have access on foot and, where appropriate, with vehicles over any other Common Parts designated by the Landlord for the Tenant’s use in order to exercise the rights set out in Part 1 of this Schedule 1.
Access and servicing. 2.1 Access to and from the Module on foot only over the Common Access Areas from time to time designated by Catapult for COLLABORATOR’s use. For the avoidance of doubt, other Collaborators shall not have access to or use of the Module. 2.2 To use any service area from time to time designated by Catapult for COLLABORATOR’s use for loading and unloading and otherwise servicing the Module and the service roads with or without vehicles to come and go to and from that service area.
Access and servicing. 7.1 Access to and from the Module on foot only over the Common Parts from time to time designated by Catapult for ADAPTIMMUNE’s use. 7.2 To use any service area from time to time designated by Catapult for ADAPTIMMUNE’s use for loading and unloading and otherwise servicing the Module and the service roads with or without vehicles to come and go to and from that service area.

To have access to and from the Premises on foot only over the Building Common Parts designated by the Landlord for the Tenant's use. At all times (and subject to Clause 4.22) to use each of the following within the Estate Common Parts designated by the Landlord for the Tenant's use: any service area for loading and unloading and otherwise servicing the Premises; and the service roads with or without vehicles to come and go to and from any service area that the Tenant has the right to use under paragraph 2.3.1 of this Part of the Schedule. At all times (and subject to Clause 4.22) to use each of the following within the Building Common Parts designated by the Landlord for the Tenant's use: any service area for loading and unloading and otherwise servicing the Premises; the service roads with or without vehicles to come and go to and from any service area that the Tenant has the right to use under paragraph 2.4.1 of this Part of the Schedule; and the service corridors and any goods lifts with or without trolleys to come and go between the Premises and any service area that the Tenant has the right to use under paragraph 2.4.1 of this Part of the Schedule. To have access on foot and, where appropriate, with vehicles over any other Building Common Parts designated by the Landlord for the Tenant's use in order to exercise the rights set out in this Part of the Schedule. To have access on foot and, where appropriate, with vehicles over any other Estate Common Parts designated by the Landlord for the Tenant's use in order to exercise the rights set out in this Part of the Schedule. To deposit rubbish in any receptacles or waste compactors within the [Estate] [Building] Common Parts provided by the Landlord for that purpose and designated by the Landlord for the use of the Tenant. If the relevant work cannot otherwise be reasonably carried out, to enter the Building Common Parts and, if necessary, the Estate Common Parts to comply with the Tenant's obligations in this Lease.
