Provider shall perform and shall cause Provider Representatives to perform its obligations in a professional, ethical and competent manner, using the degree of skill, diligence, prudence, timeliness, and foresight which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from skilled and experienced professionals engaged in the provision of, and activities comprising, the Services (“Accepted Practice”).
