Acceptance Testing Billing. 7.3.1 CLEC will be billed for Acceptance Testing upon the effective date of this Attachment for loops and subloops that are installed correctly by the committed interval without the benefit of corrective action performed by AT&T due to acceptance testing. In particular, CLEC shall pay Maintenance of Service charges on a time and material basis, in 30-minute increments, for the AT&T technician time involved, pursuant to the FCC tariffed rates set forth in FCC Tariff No. 73, Section 13.4.4; provided, however, the tariffed rates referenced shall be deemed to be automatically revised and updated in the event that the referenced tariffed rates are modified during the term of this Agreement. If requested by CLEC, Overtime or Premium time charges will apply for Acceptance Testing requests in off-hours at overtime charges and premium time charges as provided for in such tariff.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Acceptance Test 7.1 Before delivering the Goods or Articles upon completion of the Services, the Seller shall carefully inspect and test them for compliance with the Specification. The Seller shall, if required by the Buyer, give the Buyer reasonable notice of such test and the Buyer shall be entitled to be represented thereat.   • Performance Testing 7.2.1 The Design-Builder shall direct and supervise the tests and, if necessary, the retests of the Plant using Design-Builder’s supervisory personnel and the Air Emissions Tester shall conduct the air emissions test, in each case, in accordance with the testing procedures set forth in Exhibit A (the “Performance Tests”), to demonstrate, at a minimum, compliance with the Performance Guarantee Criteria. Owner is responsible for obtaining Air Emissions Tester and for ensuring Air Emissions Tester’s timely performance. Design-Builder shall cooperate with the Air Emissions Tester to facilitate performance of all air emissions tests. Design-Builder shall not be held responsible for the actions of Owner’s employees and third parties involved in the Performance Testing, including but not limited to Air Emissions Tester.

  • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 TeleConex will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. TeleConex must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non-designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, TeleConex will be required to provide the results of the TeleConex test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.

  • Supplier Selection If Customer selects a seat or galley supplier that is not on the Boeing recommended list, such seat or galley will become BFE and the provisions of Exhibit A, Buyer Furnished Equipment Provisions Document, of the AGTA will apply.

  • ACCEPTANCE STANDARDS Inspection and acceptance/rejection of products shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt or upon completion of installation should that installation period extend beyond thirty

  • ODUF Testing 6.6.1 Upon request from TWTC, AT&T shall send ODUF test files to TWTC. The Parties agree to review and discuss the ODUF file content and/or format. For testing of usage results, AT&T shall request that TWTC set up a production (live) file. The live test may consist of TWTC’s employees making test calls for the types of services TWTC requests on ODUF. These test calls are logged by TWTC, and the logs are provided to AT&T. These logs will be used to verify the files. Testing will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date on which the initial test file was sent.
