Common use of Acceptance Subscription Clause in Contracts

Acceptance Subscription. This subscription may be accepted in whole only and the right is reserved to the Corporation to refuse to accept any subscription. Confirmation of acceptance or rejection of this subscription will be forwarded to the Purchaser promptly after the acceptance or rejection of this subscription by the Corporation. If this subscription is rejected, the Purchaser understands that any certified check, bank draft, wire transfer or other method of payment delivered by the Purchaser to the broker or the Corporation c/o the law firm of Xxxxx Winter LLP representing the Purchase Price will be promptly returned to the Purchaser without interest or deduction.
