Common use of ACCEPTANCE OF TRUST BY TRUSTEE Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE OF TRUST BY TRUSTEE. The Trustee hereby accepts the trusts and duties declared and provided for in, and as otherwise contemplated by, this First Supplemental Indenture and hereby agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions set forth herein and as contemplated hereby and in the Original Indenture, in each case as supplemented and amended from time to time. All the rights, protections, immunities and indemnities afforded to the Trustee and the Agents, as applicable, under the Original Indenture shall also be afforded to the Trustee and Agents, as applicable, as if the same were set forth herein mutatis mutandis.
